About The Team

Jeff Farren is Managing Member of Vero Investments, LLC.  He is the sponsor and asset manager for all group investments lead by the company.  Jeff is also Managing Partner of Accretive Value Advisors, and since 2011 has been a trusted advisor to owners of privately held businesses of up to $150 Million in revenue.  He is a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor, Certified Value Growth Advisor, and holds a real estate license in Indiana.

Jeff began his career in commercial lending with Continental Bank, NA in Chicago, Illinois.  He earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington.

Jack Frisby is a sales and marketing expert.  As a Member of Vero Investments, Jack is responsible for driving revenue by training, coaching and leading the company’s efforts to increase occupancy and create value.

Jack is also President and Founder of Optimize Selling Solutions, which helps B2B Professional Service Providers grow their business through training, coaching, and a full outstourced business development solution.  Jack is also a Chapter President of Truth at Work, where he serves and mentors Christian business leaders.

Jack graduated from Judson University with a BA in Human Relations and earned a MA from Northern Seminary

Debbie has been active in the manufactured home business for over 30 years, and has worked with the Farren’s at various times since 1990.  Debbie has managed over 2,000 MH homesites as Regional Property Manager with Hanover Group, ROC Property Management/Chateau Communities/Hometown America, and Carefree Property Management.  Debbie will direct property management and construction projects.
